Was advised of this location through family. It’s located in quite a secluded location on an industrial estate. Blink and you would miss that it was there. Location is clean and bright. Staff are friendly and kids loved the two hours permitted for play. £19 for two children and an extra £2 per adult but we weren’t charged for the adults. I’m not sure if this is just our luck or because it was early morning weekday. Food selection is what you think it will be. Panini’s etc and the portion sizes are good. I assume this place gets busy during the weekends so would recommend calling before hand to see if any space is available.

Second time myself and my children have visited here. We have found this soft play area cleaner than other soft plays (others commonly have inaccessible areas which are filthy with dust/crisp wrappers) the staff were particularly friendly, and interacted with the kids on arrival. Pre booking is recommended and the whole venue could be closed off for parties. Pricing is as you would expect for a soft play this size (3 storey, medium sized). There are 3 areas, the main area, a small toddler area (less impressive, felt empty with only 1 slide) and a baby area which was extremely well padded out. The coffee was good, and obviously my 3year old demolished her slush puppy. If we are this way again we would likely go again

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, decent coffee and cake. My 2 Yr old loved the different areas. He usually gets bored quickly but we stayed the full 2 hours here. Would come again and recommend.

Just like to say we’re at soft play at the moment and would like to say that I cannot rate the staff highly enough. They were very attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to bring our two grandchildren. Thank you.

Toddler had a ball of a time, frames for all different ages. It’s so reasonably priced for entry that includes a meal deal and adult drinks/ food also reasonably priced. Much better value than other competitors! Highly recommend and we will be back.

Excellent soft play with brilliant staff. Came to Play town for a party and when I phoned ahead for organising food due to food allergies, staff were brilliant at sending me the ingredients of all the food that we would be eating via text. Chips are cooked in a separate fryer which makes a big difference in allergies! Special thank you to Liz and Keira for their help before and during the party. Definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My little one was born during the first lock down, she is not really good with adults. As soon as went when in, she was loving life and she seemed like a different toddler, she had the best time ever and the staff were amazing and really helpful! Would definitely recommend play town (we went during the week when it was a bit quieter for her to try out) x x x x x x
